What is the Remortgage Promise?

The Remortgage Promise reflects our commitment to providing exceptional service and value to our clients.

Our Remortgage Promise is a special offering designed to exclusively benefit our existing clients who choose to refinance their existing residential property with us.

Our promise is that we charge our existing clients a lower fee than our standard purchase fee range when remortgaging / refinancing.

What allows us to do this?

Well, as we’ll already have your information on file from your previous mortgage application, and you’ll still be at the same property, this naturally speeds up the process for us, allowing us to charge a reduced fee.

Eligibility

To qualify for the Remortgage Promise, you must be an existing client of ours, seeking to refinance your primary residence.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Remortgage Promise is applicable exclusively to our existing clients who are seeking to refinance their primary residence. We must have completed the previous mortgage application.

2. Standard Fees for New Purchase Applications: Please note that our standard fee structure applies to any future new purchase applications.

3. Exclusions: The Remortgage Promise does not extend to buy-to-let properties or commercial finance. For information on fees related to buy-to-let properties, kindly refer to our separate Commercial Terms of Business.

4. Fee Structure: The reduced fee for existing client remortgages is based on the assumption that we will receive a commission from the mortgage lender. In the event that commission is not available, we reserve the right to adjust our fee accordingly.

5. Third-Party Costs: Any fees or charges imposed by third-party service providers (such as solicitors, mortgage lenders, or surveyors) are not covered under the Remortgage Promise.

6. Transparency and Fairness: As with most things we buy, fees are likely to increase over time due to inflation and market conditions. We are committed to transparency and will always inform you of any adjustments to the fee structure before proceeding with the remortgage application.
