What is the Loyal Member Reward?

The Loyal Member Reward reflects our commitment to providing exceptional service and value to our clients.

We value long-term relationships with our clients. If we arranged your residential mortgage before, you’ll typically pay us nothing on your future remortgages or home purchases, providing we receive a commission from the mortgage lender.

What allows us to do this?

We already have your details on file, which means less work for us – and we pass that saving on to you.

Eligibility

To qualify for the Loyal Member Reward, you must be an existing client of ours, seeking to refinance your primary residence or buy a new residence.

This has only been introduced as of 01/06/2024, and improved (extended to new residential purchase applications) as of 17/03/2025.

Terms & Conditions

We don’t like to add terms and conditions, but it’s necessary in this case. We’ll keep it as short and clear as possible.

1. Eligibility: The Loyal Member Reward is applicable exclusively to our existing clients who are seeking to refinance their primary residence or move to a new residence. We must have completed the previous purchase/remortgage mortgage application.

2. Standard Fees for Buy to Let or Commercial Applications: If you’re not buying or remortgaging your residence (the home you live in or will be living in), our standard fees apply.

3. Exclusions: This does not extend to buy-to-let properties or commercial finance. Standard fees also apply to applications involving adverse credit, debt consolidation or shared ownership.

4. Fee Structure: This arrangement is based on the assumption that we will receive a commission from the mortgage lender. In the majority of cases, we will receive a commission, however, in the event that commission is not available, we will charge our standard fee.

5. Third-Party Costs: Any fees or charges imposed by third-party service providers (such as solicitors, mortgage lenders, or surveyors) are not covered under the Loyal Member Reward.

6. Transparency and Fairness: As with most things we buy, fees are likely to increase over time due to inflation and market conditions. We are committed to transparency and will always inform you of any adjustments to the fee structure before proceeding with the new purchase or remortgage application.
