This reduced fee is based on the assumption that we will receive a commission from the mortgage lender. In the event that commission is not available, we reserve the right to adjust our fee accordingly. Any fees will be discussed before we proceed with your mortgage application, typically in our first meeting.
Any fees charged by third-party providers (such as solicitors, mortgage lenders, or surveyors) are payable separately.
