About Us

At Rosehill, our mission is to not only assist you with finding the right mortgage, but to also educate you throughout the entire process.

It’s uncommon to all learn about mortgages, interest rates and buying property in school, so it’s no wonder why buying a home or property investment is a daunting process for many.

While we will advise on the most suitable mortgage for you, we want you to fully understand the decision you make. After all, a mortgage is typically the largest debt that people have.

At Rosehill, we take pride in building long-term relationships with our clients. We don’t see ourselves as just a mortgage broker, but rather a trusted partner who will be with you every step of the way.

We want to create a lasting relationship that extends beyond the initial mortgage transaction. We monitor your mortgage to help make sure you never pay more than you need to, and we’re here to help with any protection insurance you wish to have in place to protect you and your family.

While we love using technology to streamline our processes, we’d never sacrifice our human touch. We’re a friendly and approachable bunch (at least we think so) who are always happy to chat and answer any questions you may have.

About our Founder

Hi, Sam here. 

I started Rosehill with a passion for two main areas:

1. To help self-employed individuals buy first homes and forever homes without spending valuable hours navigating complex mortgages on your own, by leveraging our ROSE process.

2. To help first-time buyers get onto the property ladder without the overwhelm of the complex buying process, by offering straightforward guidance from start to finish.

Why?

Well, I believe that these two areas can cause more headaches and stress. I had to personally go through the mortgage and buying process myself as a limited company director.

I want to make the process less stressful for you.

I’m passionate about helping self-employed individuals and first time buyers looking to make their dream homes a reality.

I can’t guarantee we can make the process headache-free. It can feel like trying to nail jelly to a wall at the best of times.

However, we’ll be in your corner every step of the way!

Our dedication and hard work was recognised by the Press, with an article written about Rosehill’s start-up. Fast forward to now and Rosehill helps clients in all kinds of situations and aims to uphold my values of exceptional service and attention to detail.

Which lenders do you work with?

We work with a comprehensive range of lenders.

Although we’re ‘whole of market’, we aren’t fans of the term.  Not all lenders work with brokers, but at the same time not all lenders are available without a broker.

We understand the often complex lender criteria so you don’t have to. 

We search the mortgage market simultaneously, so there’s no need for you to run around contacting countless lenders individually, just to find out you might not fit their criteria.

Do you charge a fee?

We’re upfront, open & honest – always. 

We usually charge a fee for our specialist advice & service, and we’re upfront with this too. This fee will be confirmed as soon as possible, prior to any work being carried out.

We work with fee paying clients to allow us to dedicate more time to each case to offer the best service possible.
