I started Rosehill with a passion for two main areas:
1. To help self-employed individuals buy first homes and forever homes without spending valuable hours navigating complex mortgages on your own, by leveraging our ROSE process.
2. To help first-time buyers get onto the property ladder without the overwhelm of the complex buying process, by offering straightforward guidance from start to finish.
Why?
Well, I believe that these two areas can cause more headaches and stress. I had to personally go through the mortgage and buying process myself as a limited company director.
I want to make the process less stressful for you.
I’m passionate about helping self-employed individuals and first time buyers looking to make their dream homes a reality.
I can’t guarantee we can make the process headache-free. It can feel like trying to nail jelly to a wall at the best of times.
However, we’ll be in your corner every step of the way!

We work with a comprehensive range of lenders.
Although we’re ‘whole of market’, we aren’t fans of the term. Not all lenders work with brokers, but at the same time not all lenders are available without a broker.
We understand the often complex lender criteria so you don’t have to.
We search the mortgage market simultaneously, so there’s no need for you to run around contacting countless lenders individually, just to find out you might not fit their criteria.
We’re upfront, open & honest – always.
Thanks to our strong focus on improving systems and processes, we’re now pleased to be able to offer a fee-free service for most residential mortgage applications. You’ll enjoy the same dedicated support and expertise at no cost.
Essentially, we’re passing the time saving on our side over to our clients as a cost-saving.
This has been the case from 22nd April 2025. This decision wasn’t made lightly, as we were conscious of making sure that the requirement to process more cases to keep the same level of income does not impact our outstanding service. However, we’re confident that we’ve made the right decision.
In a small number of more complex cases, a fee may still apply.
Any fees will be confirmed as soon as possible, prior to any work being carried out.

As a mortgage is secured against your home or property, it may be repossessed if you do not keep up the mortgage repayments. We typically charge between £0 to £999 for our services, which is dependent on the type of application and amount of administration required. Please refer to our terms of business for further information.
